At Axpo Iberia, you'll shape how we win and keep B2B customers across Spain, working at the intersection of data, paid media, audience, sales funnel, CRM and brand. This is a hands-on leadership role where your strategy translates into measurable results.

What you will do:

• Define and execute B2B acquisition marketing strategy together with Sales Department and all sales channels (direct, indirect, owned, paid, remote, physical…) covering SMEs, SOHOs, self-employed professionals and selected B2B sectors.
• Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness and traffic generation through lead qualification, nurturing and sales handover.
• Own the loyalty funnel: keeping costumers to create loyalty
• Manage paid media budget and optimize investment across Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting and sector-specific channels besides branded contents, email marketing…
• Manage Social Accounts to build up followers and reputarion based on a strategy of Content Marketing
• Design and continuously optimize customer journeys,



landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Build marketing automation and Salesforce integration to enable lead scoring, routing and campaign attribution.
• Lead brand, messaging and creative execution to ensure consistency across customer segments.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B demand generation and marketing automation.
• Strong command of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Analytical, data-driven and commercially sharp, with a structured and action-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ideally, further education in digital marketing, CRM, demand generation or data analytics.
