About The Role

Step into a pivotal role within Swiss Re's Digital Workplace team, where you will be at the forefront of continued workplace transformation. As a Workplace Engineer, you will co-lead implementation, adoption, and continuous delivery of intelligent Digital Workplace capabilities — with a spotlight on Microsoft 365 services, Workplace AI assistants, agents and automation. Your work will directly shape the modern, best-in-class digital experience for our general workforce, driving measurable business value while ensuring services are delivered in line with security, compliance, regulatory, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities





• Drive platform evolution by identifying, evaluating, and deploying new Microsoft 365 and AI augmented Workplace capabilities, processes and solutions aligned with business requirements
• Hands-on implementation of Microsoft 365 capabilities, related automation, scripting and Azure Workloads, as well as security, governance and compliance controls, translating internal risk policies into technical measures and operating procedures
• Leverage data platforms such as MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry to drive data-informed workplace decisions and visualisations
• Drive third level support cases, interfacing both with vendors like Microsoft and internal teams.
• Continuously upskill, improve controls and procedures, and actively share knowledge across teams to foster a culture of learning and innovation
