As a Junior Account Executive, you will help German-speaking companies expand internationally by simplifying global hiring and workforce management. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing deals. Working closely with decision-makers, you will uncover business needs and demonstrate the value of flexible, compliant international employment solutions. You will collaborate with Business Development Representatives to build a strong pipeline and pursue high-value opportunities across the German market. Accountabilities:
You will drive new business opportunities across the German market,



combining consultative selling, strategic prospecting, and disciplined pipeline management to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Identify prospects' hiring plans, business priorities, and potential compliance challenges through thoughtful discovery questions.

Help HR champions communicate the value of international hiring solutions to Finance, Legal, and senior leadership stakeholders.

Build urgency, negotiate confidently, and maintain deal momentum throughout the sales process.
