The Supply Chain Management Department has a vacancy in Santa Perpètua / Sant Feliu de Llobregat offices for the following position:

Logistics Coordinator (Temporary)

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and execute the logistic inbound and outbound flow of goods at the Spain site, in coordination with the relevant partner functions and transport suppliers.
• Secure service levels and excellence in execution in quality and documentation right first time, minimizing costs and errors in transport booking and fulfillment
• Lead the customer complaints process, solving difficult or repetitive issues with customers, with a continuous improvement approach, through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Partner with Customer Service and Planning team to fulfill monthly demand volumes and prioritize dispatch of goods based on business requirements and available schedules
• Interact directly with internal customers and via sales department with exter
