The Global Revenue Operations & Transformation organization is focused on advancing the capabilities, operating models, and ways of working that improve commercial effectiveness across Wolters Kluwer. Within that organization, Global Enablement plays a critical role in translating transformation priorities into programs that drive adoption and sustained change across the business and how we deliver customer value.

About the Role

The Global Enablement Programs Associate Director is responsible for building and executing strategic programs that advance the Revenue Operations & Transformation agenda across Wolters Kluwer. This individual will translate enterprise priorities into structured, executable programs and lead them from initial definition through deployment,



adoption, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
Working across a global, federated enablement organization, this role will partner closely with Revenue Operations & Transformation leadership, divisional commercial and enablement teams, Sales Excellence, Commercial Technology, and other functional partners to coordinate execution and drive measurable progress against strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

•Translate Revenue Operations & Transformation priorities into executable global programs, defining objectives, scope, workstreams, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and measures of success.
•Lead programs end-to-end from definition through sustained execution, maintaining accountability for progress, quality, adoption, and outcomes rather than simply completion of individual deliverables.
