Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Dandy is hiring a Business Systems Lead to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company.
Our GTM Systems team builds and runs the systems behind how Dandy sells, contracts and grows its customers, from lead routing and pipeline through quoting, deal approvals and the post-sale lifecycle. As Business Systems Lead, you'll lead the team's coverage for Europe,
partnering cross-functionally with Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams to turn business priorities into systems that drive results: more pipeline, more productive sales teams, faster quote-to-contract and cleaner data.
This is a hands-on builder role for someone with strong judgment. You'll own Salesforce and our broader GTM stack end to end for European teams, know when a request needs a system change and when it's really a process issue (or not a priority at all), and help shape how we bring AI into our GTM systems.
What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams across Europe, turning business priorities into clear, well-scoped requirements
• Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across our GTM stack that improve pipeline generation, sales productivity and quote-to-contract speed
