Inside Account Executive - Local Public Sector
Description -
The Inside Account Executive (iAE) is responsible for owning the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for a portfolio of medium-sized local public sector accounts. This role involves developing relationships with acquisition opportunities, managing account strategies, and ensuring efficient business processes, with a focus on local government entities and public administrations. The Inside Account Executive will work closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
• Expand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
• Identify & Connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiatives.




• Engage with executives and key stakeholders within local government entities and public administrations, and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate with various internal departments, partners, and distributors to align resources with client needs.
• Navigate public sector procurement processes and collaborate with the partner and distribution ecosystem to develop and close opportunities.

Education & Experience recommended:
• Bachelor Degree is required.
• A background in Information Technology or a related technical field, gained through both education and professional experience, will be highly valued.
• Spanish and Catalán language fluency is required
• A good command of English is required.
