We are looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O; Lead Manager to work on hybrid mode from Mexico for a leading multinational specializing in intangible and digital asset management with a strong presence across Europe and LATAM to lead the strategy and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem.
Role Objective
You will be responsible for the governance, roadmap, and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&O;, acting as a strategic bridge between Finance, Technology, and Business to maximize the platform’s value globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and lead the Dynamics 365 F&O; strategy and roadmap.
• Drive the transformation and harmonization of international financial processes.
• Optimize finance modules, automation, and data quality.
• Manage platform evolution projects, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead an internal team and coordinate technology partners.
• Ensure ERP adoption, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Requirements
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;, Dynamics AX, or equivalent enterprise ERP platforms.
• Proven experience leading the evolution and optimization of existing ERP implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes and digital transformation.
• Ability to manage roadmaps, budgets, technology partners, and international stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
Key Differentiators
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, Dataverse, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with international rollouts and multi-entity environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or project management certifications.
