Marketing Junior Associate | Eisai España (Madrid)

? Recent graduate in Health Sciences with a minimum of one year of internship experience, eager to develop their career through a professional practice opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry.

Required Profile

✅ Degree in Health Sciences—Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedicine, or a related field—and an MBA or master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Industry Management.
✅ One year of previous internship experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
✅ Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; knowledge of Veeva, CRM, digital platforms, and web content management systems. Social media experience will be an advantage.
✅ Native Spanish and advanced English.

What You'll Do

✅ Omnichannel marketing: support campaign planning and monitoring, including Veeva Approved Email, adaptation of general materials, dashboards, and customer engagement analysis.
✅ Digital content and platforms: maintain and update Eisai Pro, coordinate publications and scientific content, manage assets in Veeva CRM, and prepare usage and performance reports.




✅ Promotional materials: develop and adapt content; manage materials, references, versions, and approval workflows in Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
✅ Corporate communications: create and coordinate LinkedIn content, manage editorial calendars, identify corporate stories, and analyse results to strengthen reputation and engagement.
✅ Launches and commercial excellence: prepare communication plans, presentations, and reports; coordinate milestones with cross-functional teams and support analysis, budgets, congresses, and meetings.
✅ Project and agency management: coordinate suppliers, timelines, deliverables, meetings, and actions; maintain SharePoint and repositories, and drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
