About the RoleAs we expand into new markets, we need to set up new entities and keep the existing ones in good standing. We’re hiring a Company Secretary & Entity Manager to own that work end to end across the RemotePass group, reporting to the Head of Finance.
This is an execution role. We need someone who has done the work themselves: incorporating entities, filing with registries, drafting resolutions,



and getting documents notarised and legalised. You’ll work with Legal, Finance, and Operations, manage local counsel and service providers, and keep leadership updated on progress and risks.

What You'll Do• Set up new entities. Run entity setup in new markets from scoping through incorporation, licensing, tax and social security registrations, bank account opening, and a clean handover to operations.
• Keep every entity compliant. Manage statutory filings, licence renewals, director and shareholder changes, POAs, UBO registers, and registered office requirements so every entity stays in good standing.
• Run company secretarial work. Draft board and shareholder resolutions, keep corporate records and the group structure chart current, and manage notarisation, certification, and legalisation of corporate documents.
