Ethos is seeking nonprofit program and philanthropy professionals to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across grant narratives, donor reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, and other core workflows.
This fully remote role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start, at a compensation rate of $70/hour, designed for adaptable scheduling.
