You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding. By engaging directly with decision-makers, you will uncover business needs and demonstrate the value of adaptable, compliant international employment solutions. You will work closely with Business Development Representatives to build a strong pipeline and pursue high-value opportunities. Accountabilities:
You will drive new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland,



combining consultative selling, strategic prospecting, and disciplined pipeline management to achieve ambitious sales targets.
