? What's your mission?
Ensure that Eurofragance's strategic projects (with a focus on Infrastructure and R&D;) are delivered on time, on budget and with full visibility for leadership. To do this, the role defines and runs the company's project governance model, methodology and tools.
The PMO Analyst turns project data into reliable portfolio insight that lets the management team prioritize, allocate resources and make decisions with confidence. The role acts as a partner to Project Leaders, not a control function. It builds a shared project-management culture: aligning teams around common ways of working,

strengthening project leadership capabilities and making the PMO a trusted partner for business transformation.
