Mode: Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remoteKey Responsibilities / Skills:Design and own end-to-end solutions for claims management systemsTranslate business requirements from claims operations into scalable technical designsDefine system architecture, integration patterns, and data flow with upstream/downstream systems (policy, payments, third-party vendors)Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and compliance standardsGuide QA and peers on claims-specific logic and edge casesAlign technical solutions with claims operational workflowsDevelop and review high-quality, maintainable, and secure codePerform and lead code reviewsWrite unit, integration, and automated testsSupport reporting, MI, and analytics needsParticipate in incident management and root cause analysisProvide effort estimates and technical feasibility assessmentsImprove deployment of pipelines (CI/CD)Must-Have:
