Senior Creative Strategist – Fast-Scaling DTC Beauty Brand ($15M/month Meta Spend)
Location: Remote
Reports to: COO / Head of Creative
Engagement: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive base + performance and spend bonuses
The role in one sentence
You'll own the creative strategy for your own pod, from idea to live ad, in a Meta account scaling toward $15M per month.
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing DTC beauty brand with the ambition to become one of the most recognizable names in direct-to-consumer.
They're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who doesn't just come up with ideas, but has spent years turning ideas into revenue. You've lived inside direct response, you know what a winning angle looks like before the data comes back, and you're ready for a role where your fingerprints are on everything.
What you’ll do

Own the creative strategy for your pod, from ideation and briefing to delivery.
Develop and brief concepts with real direct-response thinking behind them.
Lead your pod of 2 video editors and 1 graphic designer.

Run the testing pipeline and decide what to push, iterate, or kill.
Work directly with the COO / Head of Creative and performance marketing to connect creative to business results.

Is this you?

You have a proven direct-response background and know how to build creative that sells, not just impresses.
You can take an angle from insight to brief to execution, and explain why it should work before it goes live.
You've managed a creative team or pod of editors, creators, or strategists.
You're heavily performance-driven: you want your creative to win, earn more spend, and keep scaling.
You already use AI tools and modern production workflows to move faster and test more.
You write sharp briefs and communicate with confidence in excellent English.

This is probably not for you if
you’ve mainly worked on brand or aesthetic creative without owning performance results, or if you've never led a team.
What's in it for you
