Nord Recruitment partners with a fast-scaling DTC beauty brand to hire a Senior Creative Strategist. This remote, full-time role owns the creative strategy for a pod including 2 editors and 1 designer, driving direct-response results as spend scales toward $15M/month. You’ll report to the COO/Head of Creative and influence testing and optimization.You’ll lead concept briefs, push for performance, and collaborate with marketing to tie creative to revenue. English communication must be excellent.
