A background in technology consulting, product/design agencies, product studios or innovation consulting is required.

They are now looking for a senior Product Lead to lead, evolve and scale their Product Vertical.
This is a high-impact leadership position combining product strategy, team leadership, consulting delivery and business development. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across Product Management, Product Design and UX/UI while helping shape the proposition, win strategic client work and own the successful delivery of complex digital product engagements.
The role combines approximately 50% project definition and delivery, 30% sales and business growth, and 20% vertical strategy, offering and methodology.




What is the mission of this role?
You will take ownership of the Product Vertical, with responsibility for its people, proposition, commercial growth and delivery quality.
You will:
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, Product Design and UX/UI.
Build and scale the Product Vertical through hiring, team development, structure, methodologies and quality standards.
Define and evolve the product consulting proposition and how it is taken to market.
Lead complex client engagements from discovery and validation through product strategy, roadmaps, MVP definition and delivery.
Work closely with Sales to identify opportunities, shape proposals, pitch solutions, price engagements and grow strategic accounts.
Take commercial ownership of projects, including scope, budgets, project economics and delivery quality.
Act as a senior product advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
