Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers of a prestigious global automotive brand.
- Provide expert guidance regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and dealership services.




- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot service-related issues with high-level professional communication.
- Manage communication via telephone, email, and chat, maintaining the premium standard associated with the automotive industry.
- Support customers throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle, ensuring total satisfaction.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and brand loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the specialized automotive CRM database.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong interest in the automotive sector or previous experience in automotive customer care.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering premium service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable with remote working solutions within Greece.
