Head of Brand – 8-Figure DTC Haircare Brand (US focused) Location: Remote, EU hours + flexibility Reports to: CEO & COO Engagement: Full-time Compensation: up to $8k a month The role in one sentence You’ll build the brand around a creator-led growth engine that already works, and you’ll make a big part of the work yourself. The Opportunity We’re partnering with an 8-figure DTC haircare brand built through creator marketing. The product sells and the acquisition engine works. What’s missing is a clear identity, strong creative direction, and one consistent way the brand looks and sounds everywhere. That’s what you’ll own. And this isn’t a strategy-only role: you’ll set the direction and get hands-on with design, copy, shooting, and editing yourself. What you’ll do * Define the brand identity: visual direction, typography, color, tone of voice, and a practical brand playbook. * Lead creative direction across creator content, paid ads, packaging, campaigns, and product launches. * Create the work yourself when needed: design assets, write copy, shoot, and edit.



* Set the strategy and creative standard for Instagram and TikTok. * Connect brand and performance, so strong creative also drives results. Your team You’ll lead a dedicated Social & Community Manager: you set the direction, they handle the day-to-day, and you jump in where needed. You’ll also direct freelance designers and editors. As the function grows, you’ll build the creative team around you. Is this you? * You're a creative maker first. You set the direction, then open Figma, write the copy, pick up a camera, or edit it yourself. * You have a strong portfolio showing both brand thinking and real execution. * You've built a brand system from an incomplete starting point. * You understand how creator content, organic social, and paid creative work together. * Ideally, you come from high-growth DTC, beauty, wellness, or e-commerce, with experience in the US market.
