We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support its European Research & Development Center in Spain. This role will act as a key bridge between China headquarters and European R&D; teams, supporting project coordination, communication, and daily project operations. Candidates with experience in automotive OEMs, vehicle development projects, or international project coordination will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: * Support project managers in tracking project progress, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. * Coordinate communication between China and European teams to ensure smooth information flow. * Prepare meeting minutes, project reports, presentations, and follow-up actions. * Support cross-functional collaboration between engineering, testing, and business teams.



* Organize meetings and coordinate project-related activities. * Assist with data collection, documentation, and project updates. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Engineering, Automotive, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management roles. * Automotive industry or R&D; experience is highly preferred. * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Spanish. * Catalan language is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
