About The Role * Partner with the Regional & Business leaders, Finance, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)
Strategy & Transformation team, to understand business strategies, recommend best real estate strategies for all type of assets (manufacturing, distribution, office/labs,..) and advise on risk mitigation. * Monitor regional real estate governance and reporting on KPIs evolution. * Lead regional M&A; Facilities deliverables (due diligence, integration/separation). * Engage stakeholders to advise, challenge, influence decision as needed ensuring not only financial outcomes, but also workplace vision and strategic long-term company and BU goals. * Assess business case, develop strong roadmaps and manage local brokers to successfully execute real estate strategies. * Collaborate cross functionally to manage capacity, prioritize Capex and Facilities budget. * Innovate with a capacity to stretch and support/lead Global transformation initiatives. * Additionally, a master database of leases, titles, etc. will
