At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a leading company in the aviation and travel technology sector, contributing to innovative digital solutions within the aviation industry * Act as an ambassador for Agile values, promoting and teaching an Agile mindset and Agile frameworks across product teams. * Guide and coach product teams, supporting Product Owners in delivering continuous customer value. * Serve as a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality, proactively removing impediments that may affect team performance. * Foster collaboration through empathy and outstanding communication skills, helping teams navigate and resolve conflicts effectively. * Drive continuous improvement and encourage the adoption of innovative and creative solutions. * Support teams in delivering high-quality solutions with speed through a pragmatic approach. * Actively participate in an Agile Community of Practice, sharing knowledge and best practices. * Work in an international and diverse environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.



Who are you? * At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working within an Agile team. * Strong Agile mindset with proven expertise in implementing agility within cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products. * Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. * Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and continuously learn and grow. * Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. * Very good command of the English language. * Collaborative, empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented professional.
