The role involves optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates will oversee production workflows and implement efficiency improvements. Key Responsibilities: * Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with quality and safety standards. * Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime. * Document standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. * Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. * Proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools.



* Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems. * Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
