As Sales Manager Industrial for Iberia, you will be implementing plans, promoting the product portfolio, delivering on the set objectives, and maintaining the desired perceptions across Iberia Main responsibilities: * Ensure the sales deployment directions provided by the Cluster Manager are reflected in the staffing of the sales company * Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast * Ensure the accurate price list and pricing procedures are implemented * Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the Sales team, while closely collaborating with the Sales Support Manager * Build and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales Plan * Conduct joint customer visits with the team members,
