* Process Management: * Control of new and existing processes and policies (change management, support for optimizations, transparency) * Definition & ensuring compliance with rules and standards * Support in process modelling * Operational support and continuous improvement of QMS tools (Guideline Portal, document management system), including trainingRegulatory Compliance & CE Marking: * Support products throughout the entire product lifecycle * Perform conformity assessments and approvals (e.g., CE, KC, NRTL) * Monitor product reliability, initiate and track corrective actions * Coach and ensure processes for development-related quality management activities * Lead the certification process for accessories, ensuring full compliance with relevant EU directives and standards.
