Your role * Manage daily HR administration, ensuring smooth employee life-cycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. * Drive end-to-end talent acquisition efforts to attract, interview, and hire top talent for our growing teams. * Oversee Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) compliance, maintaining a secure and healthy environment for all employees. * Act as the go-to point of contact for team members,



resolving general HR inquiries and fostering a supportive workplace culture. * Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve our internal policies and employee engagement. What we’re looking for * 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally with a background in the fast-paced retail industry. * Proven hands-on experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition, HR administration, and PRL processes. * A strong problem-solving attitude with the agility and organization to juggle multiple core HR functions. * Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English to support our international team in Barcelona.
