Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, team dynamics, and decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and realism of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and human-centered domains: leadership. This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development. Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) Type: Hourly / Task-Based Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training Assess the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks in AI outputs Provide clear,
