High-Level Overview of the Role EHS specialist is responsible for the following activities in Spain and LATAM:



* Ensuring our clients are informed of key EHS legislative changes; * Updating our legal database on a quarterly basis; * Drafting summaries of new or amending legislation and regulatory changes for publication; * Undertaking site visits or calls with new clients to identify EHS risks associated with their activities as part of the onboarding process; * Preparing and delivering tailored new client legal registers; * Supporting the marketing and sales with technical assistance; * Drafting regulatory assistance responses for clients; * Collaborating with the European and International Teams on international projects. In addition, the Senior EHS specialist is responsible for: * Managing complex deliveries, special projects and Proof of Concepts for the ELAT Team; * Lead Quality Check processes for projects, deliveries and quarterly updates; * Coordinate with other internal teams for timely management of processes; * Mentoring and participating in training of new team members; * Communicating and providing feedback to manager about the team cohesion and new member onboarding.
