Responsibilities * Key ResponsibilitiesAuditing legal fees * Preparing reports for investors on delinquent loans * Tracking and managing foreclosure cases * Identifying opportunities to reduce costs throughout the foreclosure process * Working with the Technology team to automate repetitive tasks * Maintaining accurate Protective Advance records * Ensuring a smooth and accurate invoicing process * Supporting reconciliations with the Accounting team * Coordinating urgent payments to keep the foreclosure process running smoothly * Analyzing loans with significant losses * Coordinating with attorneys on deficiency collections * Collaborating with the Payoff team to ensure payoff figures are accurate Qualifications * Candidate ProfileEducation: Recent bachelor's or master's degree with a strong academic track record.
