The new product leverages Factorial's existing customer base and dedicated go-to-market team to pursue rapid growth. Задачи * Take full ownership of major product design initiatives from discovery through implementation. * Define goals, plan a quarterly roadmap, and make strategic design decisions. * Conduct customer research sessions to understand user pains and needs. * Translate insights into simple, elegant, and usable solutions. * Design end-to-end product experiences from early research to high-fidelity interfaces. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process. * Review designs, iterate quickly, and incorporate feedback. * Shape the foundations of the design practice, including processes, standards, and culture. * Mentor junior designers and share experience with the wider team.
