Overview A integral company operating in the healthcare and life sciences sector, with a strong presence in Spain. * ServiceNow: Strategic, Integrative, Advisory * Pharma; Hybrid in Barcelona Responsibilities * Shape the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform and advocate for its adoption across the organization. * Provide governance and solution expertise to business units, implementation partners, and governance boards, ensuring alignment with business needs. * Manage the intake and prioritization of ServiceNow demands and requirements, and facilitate alignment within governance structures. * Architect and design ServiceNow solutions that support strategic and operational goals; monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary. * Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements,
