Overview Technical Project Manager - Quantum + AI - hybrid in Barcelona / Madrid. We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our AI & LLM Services team at a integral leader in Quantum AI. You'll work alongside world-class experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions for top-tier clients. Responsibilities * Lead cross-functional teams of engineers & ML specialists to deliver AI/LLM solutions. * Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, deployment, and delivery. * Translate business needs into technical roadmaps for ML and LLM projects. * Track milestones, allocate resources, and resolve risks/blockers proactively. * Facilitate technical discussions and ensure scalable, high-quality AI solutions. * Prepare and track KPIs, ensuring transparency for clients & leadership. * Foster a culture of collaboration, best practices, and continuous improvement.



Qualifications * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, or similar. * 4+ years delivering ML/data-driven software projects. * 2+ years managing end-to-end engineering projects (LLM/NLP experience is a big plus). * Strong technical understanding (Python, Git, Docker) and ability to discuss tradeoffs. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Excellent communication skills with both technical & non-technical audiences. * English fluency (Spanish is a plus).
