Nordex Group in Spain seeks a (Senior) Manager Processes & Audits to drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and quality assurance across the Integral Engineering/R&D; organization. You will coordinate process development, lead cross-functional projects across international teams, and define KPIs for data-driven performance. Audits under ISO 9001/14001/45001/27001 will be supported in collaboration with stakeholders; English fluency is required, German/Spanish are a plus.
