Descúbralo leyendo la descripción completa a continuación y no dude en enviar su candidatura.How you'll be hosting with heart:You welcome guests on arrival and support a smooth, friendly check-in experience, addressing any questions with professionalism and warmth.You handle guest requests and complaints with empathy, applying effective service recovery techniques to ensure satisfaction.You provide knowledgeable local recommendations on restaurants, transport, and sightseeing to enhance the guest experience.You manage the Property Management System (PMS), including updating room status, maintaining accurate guest profiles, and coordinating room readiness.You collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.You contribute to creating a unique,



memorable property experience while driving positive guest reviews and overall satisfaction.What you need to shoot for the stars:You hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field - or have equivalent professional experienceYou are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
An additional European language is a plusYou bring at least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality operations, ideally in front-office roles and handling the day-to-day in a dynamic environmentYou have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and can adapt quickly to shifting prioritiesYou're confident when it comes to conflict resolution, especially when dealing with partners and guestsYou're comfortable working with project management softwares & tools, and quick to learn new onesYou are willing to work on a Mon-Sun rotating schedule, from 10am-7pm (one hour lunch break)We're designed to stay because:Competitive Salary: Live com
