Your mission as a Senior International Accountant




International Entity Ownership:
Drive full end-to-end accounting, month-end closes, and year-end close preparations for our growing international entities (US Inc. & UK Ltd.) under local GAAP (US/UK GAAP) and HGB alignment.
Operational Controlling:
Own operational controlling (Actual vs. Budget variance analysis) for the US and UK entities to ensure complete data integrity prior to team lead sign-off.
LucaNet & Systems Engine:
Maintain and optimize LucaNet for technical group consolidation, entity alignment, and data hygiene, while streamlining daily workflows across Payhawk, QuickBooks, and Sage.
Transfer Pricing & Intercompany:
Execute monthly transfer pricing calculations and ensure clean cross-entity intercompany recharges and reconciliations.
AR/AP & Cash Management:
Manage international AR/AP, payment runs (enforcing 4-eye controls), dunning workflows, and client onboarding finance checks for
