Your role
As an
IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation Intern
,



you'll join our recruitment and commercial team and get hands-on experience in both sides of the business.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants, learning how the
360° recruitment model
works from the ground up.
Your mission will be simple:
Find and attract great IT talent
Build relationships with candidates and clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Learn how to turn conversations into successful placements
No previous recruitment experience is required. What matters most is your
attitude, ambition and willingness to learn

What you'll be doing
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases
Write engaging messages and approach candidates directly
Screen candidates and take part in interviews
Build and grow your professional network within the tech market
Developing business opportunities
Connect with existing and potential clients
Identify new contacts and commercial opportunities
