We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Associate to join the team on a full-time consultant agreement, based in Syria, reporting to the General People & Culture Manager, with a target start of end of September .
This fully remote role splits time roughly evenly between recruitment and general HR support, and is a great fit for someone early in their HR career who wants real exposure across the full employee lifecycle rather than a narrow specialism.TasksPrepare job postings and align with hiring managers on requirements and timelinesScreen applications and proactively source candidates on LinkedIn and other channelsArrange and join interviews, keeping candidates and managers informed throughoutHelp build our referral channel,
