As Principal Brand Designer, you’ll shape how OLX and its portfolio of brands are experienced across every customer touchpoint
Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you’ll define the visual principles, creative systems, and brand standards that unite a diverse portfolio while allowing each brand to express its unique identity
This is a highly strategic, hands‑on individual contributor role for someone who combines exceptional craft with systems thinking, influences through expertise, and embraces AI as a catalyst for creativity, consistency, and scale
Working in close partnership with Marketing, Brand Strategy, Product Design, Communications, Employer Brand and regional teams, you’ll translate business strategy, customer insights and brand positioning into cohesive creative systems that strengthen brand equity, build customer trust and accelerate high‑quality execution across the organisation




You’ll establish the creative vision and quality bar for brand design, while building the frameworks, governance and tools that enable teams worldwide to create distinctive, consistent and impactful brand experiences

Partnering with the Director of Product Design, Marketing and Brand Strategy, you’ll evolve the visual identity and creative direction across OLX Group and its portfolio of brands
You’ll ensure our brands feel connected where they should, distinctive where they need to be, and consistently recognisable across every customer touchpoint
Group-wide brand identity systems and visual standards
Brand visual identity governance, quality assurance and design principles
Multi‑brand design systems and asset libraries
Creative direction across digital, physical and experiential touchpoints related to brand design (excludes advertising)
