JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Sales Associate to join our team at Burberry La Roca Village on a full-time, permanent basis. As a brand ambassador, you will create memorable experiences for a general clientele, delivering exceptional service and building meaningful customer relationships. Through your passion for luxury retail,



product knowledge and personalised approach, you will contribute to both the commercial success of the store and the wider Burberry customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to bring Burberry’s heritage, creativity and craftsmanship to life every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Burberry’s luxury standards and values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, including Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Actively identify client needs and provide personalised styling and product recommendations.
- Support the achievement of individual and store sales goals through outstanding service and customer engagement.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all categories and communicate the unique craftsmanship behind our collections.
- Contribute to a welcoming, organised and visually appealing store environment at all times.
