Barcelona Internship Job Description Starting in September, you will join our HR team as an HR Officer Intern. You’ll have the opportunity to work within our Corporate HR department, supporting team members and ensuring smooth HR operations in a multicultural context. Your missions * Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees * Support the documentation and integration of HR processes and policies * Help maintain and update HR records, contracts, and confidentiality agreements * Collaborate with the Academy team to review and develop training modules * Assist in HR reporting and dashboard creation, gathering and analyzing HR data * Provide support for payroll inputs and compensation topics * Address HR-related queries from team members (leaves, compensation, etc.)
