We are seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics International to join our Commercial Insights and Analytics team, supporting Neurology across Europe, Japan and Canada in a hybrid model. In this role, you will enable informed decision making while collaborating with above-market teams, local teams, IT, sourcing and vendors. Hybrid work model - Office based Discover Your Role * Be responsible for international performance analytics and reporting for evolving business needs. * Lead customer insights, market research and reporting deliverables for Neurology.



* Implement above-country market research and objective secondary data analyses. * Build patient cohorts, treatment journeys and patient flow forecasts. * Develop account-level insights, including segmentation and opportunity assessments. * Partner with Commercial Operations on field sizing, targeting and incentive analyses. * Centralize data management needs with business leaders, IT and sourcing. * You create clear insights that connect business implications with practical options. This Role Requires * 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in market research. * Above-country analytics and market research experience in international pharmaceutical markets. * Understanding of biopharmaceutical commercial dynamics, laws and regulations. * Knowledge of data industry standards and data asset procedures. * Expertise in data visualization, data storytelling and report creation tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Veeva. * Pract
