This is a part-time role with two halves: finding great people for Admiral, and taking the people-related work off his plate that our specialist team doesn’t have the time or interest to handle. * Source talent proactively on LinkedIn and other channels, mainly for UA, creative, and growth roles * Write and publish job posts, and manage inbound applications * Run first-round interviews and assess skills, motivation and culture fit * Hand over a prefiltered shortlist with short summaries, so Andre only meets the best candidates * Keep our pipeline organized and candidates well informed, so everyone has a great experience with Admiral * Employer branding * Plan and organize team events,
