We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our Malaga team. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales or customer-service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced branch environment. You will work closely with customers and the wider branch team to provide responsive, accurate service and support business growth. Duties and Responsibilities: * Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently * Responding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries * Building strong, lasting customer relationships * Assisting with pick packing to support timely deliveries * Supporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goals Skills and experience: * Proven customer service, sales or warehouse experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning new systems * The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment * A proactive,
