What we are looking for * Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within retail. * Strong people management and coaching skills.



* Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse KPIs and translate insights into actions. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Customer-focused approach and passion for delivering results. * Ability to lead through change and inspire teams. * Fluent Spanish and English.
