We're working with a specialist European contractor delivering large-scale, technically demanding construction projects across the Nordics. They're looking for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of commercial performance across multiple live projects in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. This is a strong move for someone already operating at Commercial Manager level who wants exposure to cross-border projects, multi-contract environments and senior commercial leadership. You'll be responsible for * Day-to-day commercial management across assigned projects * Client and supply chain valuations * Subcontract preparation and labour agreements * Change management (EWNs, variations, compliance) * Procurement support and contractor selection * Final accounts, reconciliations and retention releases * CVRs, forecasting and cashflow management The essentials * Strong commercial management background within construction * Experience on hyperscale or technically complex projects * EU work eligibility *
