What You Will Do * Define and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred) * Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities * Align processes with SLAs and service objectives * Support Business Continuity (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing) * Contribute to DORA and operational resilience initiatives What You Bring * 3+ years in process management (BPM) * 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR) * Experience with SLA definition * Background in regulated environments (e.g. financial services) * Knowledge of risk management * Experience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar) * Spanish & English (C1) #J-18808-Ljbffr
