Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month)+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts androtating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day Relocation Package: flight ticket+2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage Your Role As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for general leading brands. You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email. Your Responsibilities * Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email. * Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.



* Process and manage orders * Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems * Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support. * Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. What We Are Looking For * Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese. * B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access. * Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. * Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools. * Strong problem-solving, customer service, and business communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
