What You Will Own * Own the full cycle from the initial intake call with leadership to the final offer. * Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond. * Give every candidate a seamless, respectful, Blacksmith standard experience. * Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit. * Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full time talent so we can move fast. * Keep a clean, data driven pipeline in our ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
