As a Customer Solution Manager Associate, you'd perform a key role in maintaining long-lasting customer relationships by understanding each client's needs and how our products can be tailored to them. Your challenges and objectives: * Profoundly understand the potential uses of our platform to fulfill customer needs. * Collaborate with the account manager to build strong customer relationships by being attentive to their requirements. * Add value to each customer's configuration by understanding their specific needs. * Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of their context to keep your workload organized and relevant. Your day-to-day activities: * Meet with account managers to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment.



* Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution, interacting with other teams and providing feedback along the way. * Help configure customized Avature solutions by: * Moving configurations from test environments to production. * Analyzing and creating relevant reports. * Running QA tests to ensure everything works as expected.
