A high-growth international technology and infrastructure company is seeking a Head of Legal to lead legal matters across its European operations. Reporting directly to the general Head of Legal, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in supporting its European expansion. The Role You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on a broad range of strategic, commercial and operational matters, including: * Corporate transactions, acquisitions and strategic investments * Commercial contracts and partnership arrangements * Infrastructure development and construction projects * Corporate governance and compliance * Regulatory matters and risk management * Management of external legal advisers across multiple jurisdictions * Leadership, development and management of legal resources within the European business This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.



Candidate Profile We are interested in speaking with lawyers who have: * Approximately 12-18 years' legal experience * Strong corporate and commercial legal expertisei> * Experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both * Exposure to infrastructure, energy, digital infrastructure, technology, telecommunications or related sectors * Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills * Experience managing, mentoring or developing legal teams and/or legal resources * Fluent Spanish and English language skills This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic international business operating in one of the world's fastest-growing sectors.
